For your convenience, SMWD provides several ways for you to pay your water bill:

E.BILL Online Payment:

With the quick and convenient E.BILL online bill pay program, you can sign up to pay your bills online with a credit card or checking account and stop receiving paper bills. Or you can make a one-time payment without setting up an E.BILL account.

Direct Pay:

Available to all residential and business customers billed by SMWD, Direct Pay automatically deducts the amount of your water bill from your checking account 10 days after the bill date. Download the DirectPay Application or call (949) 459-6420 for more information.

By Phone:

Call customer service 24/7 at (949) 459-6420 and follow the prompt to pay your bill over the phone.

After Hours:

You can drop off your payments after hours at the night-drop mailbox located outside SMWD headquarters, near the circular driveway. Payments will be recorded the next business day.
