Customer Services offers a variety of ways to access the support and information you need to answer questions about your water bill.

Visit Us at the District Office

Our offices are located at 26111 Antonio Parkway in Rancho Santa Margarita and we’re open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.   If we can’t answer your question at the front desk, we’ll connect you with the best person to answer your question.

Paying Your Bill

You also have a number of options when paying your bill: 

  • Mail your payment to SMWD, P.O. Box 51238, Los Angeles, CA 90051-5538.
  • Deliver to the District office at 26111 Antonio Parkway, Rancho Santa Margarita (near the corner of Oso Parkway and Antonio Parkway).
  • After hours use the night-drop mailbox located near the circular driveway outside SMWD headquarters. Payments will be recorded the next business day.
  • Pay via E.BILL our online payment processing service.
  • Please note that SMWD is not able to accept payments from Money Express Service Centers.
