Note to current DirectPay customers: If you want to make payments through an E.BILL account, you must send us a written request to be removed from the DirectPay program. You can e-mail it to custservice@smwd.com, fax it to 949-459-6460, or mail
it to SMWD, P.O. Box 7005, Mission Viejo, CA 92690. We suggest that you call our
customer service department at 949-459-6420 to ensure that your request has been
received to prevent a duplicate payment.
