On Tap Newsletter and Bill Inserts

To share timely information with our customers, the District produces On Tap, a bi-monthly newsletter. On Tap offers information on District programs and services, as well as water-use efficiency resources and California friendly plant recommendations. In between issues of the newsletter, customers receive a bill insert with District updates and news.
