NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 1780 of the Government Code of the State of California, the vacancy on the Board of Directors of the SANTA MARGARITA WATER DISTRICT created by the passing of Director Samuel Johnson will be filled by appointment by the Board of Directors within sixty (60) days of said date of said vacancy, which will be on or before the 15th day of April, 2008.
