COVID-19 Update

Santa Margarita Water District will not disconnect water or wastewater services during this uncertain time.

Late payment fees will be waived for customers, please contact our Customer Care team to make payment arrangements. We’re available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

We know that life can get complicated sometimes. Here are some useful programs and opportunities that can help you meet your obligations.

Make a Payment Arrangement

You may be able to make a payment arrangement. Please call us today at (949) 459-6420 to discuss your options. Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The District is currently allowing customers to defer their bills for one month or three months and pay that amount over 11 months for the one month deferral or 24 months for the 3 month deferral. To participate in this program place click here to complete the application.

For customers requiring additional support or have a past due balance, please call our Customer Care team at (949) 459-6420 to discuss payment options.
